Capitan Silver Closes C$2 Million Financing
Vancouver, British Columbia--(Newsfile Corp. - April 19, 2024) - CAPITAN SILVER CORP. (TSXV: CAPT) ("Capitan" or the "Company") is pleased to announce it has closed its private placement (the "Private Placement") of common shares (each a "Share"). The Private Placement was over-subscribed with the Company issuing 13,466,667 Shares at a price of C$0.15 per Share for gross proceeds of C$2,020,000.00.

Capitan Silver Announces Upsize of Non-Brokered Private Placement to C$2.0 Million
Vancouver, British Columbia--(Newsfile Corp. - March 28, 2024) - CAPITAN SILVER CORP. (TSXV: CAPT) ("Capitan" or "the Company") announces that, further to its news release of March 4, 2024 has increased the size of its non-brokered private placement from C$1,500,000 to C$2,000,001. The Company will issue up to 13,333,340 Common Shares with each Common Share being issued at a price of $0.15.

The Cruz de Plata project has completed approximately 86 diamond drill holes totaling more than 11,550 meters. Its Jesus Maria (JM) silver deposit is located approximately 280m to the northeast of the Capitan deposit. The Company's subsidiary is Rios de Suerte S.A. de C.V.
