For the three months ended 31 March 2024, Boardwalk Real Estat Invstmnt Trst (USA) revenues increased 11% to C$145.2M. Net income increased 39% to C$307.7M. Revenues reflect Lease revenue segment increase of 11% to C$138.6M, FFO per Share (Basic) increase of 20% to C$0.95. Net income benefited from Net Operating Income (NOI)- Alberta increase of 18% to C$56.5M, Fair value gains- Investment properties increase of 38% to C$291.4M (income). |
