General Motors Holdings LLC, a 10% Holder, acquired 12,500,000 Common Shares on a direct ownership basis at a price of US$2.000 through a private transaction on February 14th, 2024. GM also acquired 12,500,000 Warrants with an exercise price of $2.380.
