Business Overview
Clear Mountain Resources Corp. (Clear Mountain) is a mineral exploration and development company. The principal business of the Company is the identification, evaluation and acquisition of mineral properties, as well as exploration of mineral properties. The principal asset of the Company is the Owl Creek Project. The Owl Creek Project consists of 12 tenures totaling approximately 4,121 hectares located within the Lillooet Mining Division, 8.5 kilometers northeast of Pemberton, British Columbia. Clear Mountain has conducted exploration work consisting soil sampling, geophysical surveys, prospecting, geological mapping and an airborne survey at the Owl Creek Project.
